Friday morning an armed Palestinian was shot dead after entering an illegal Israeli West Bank settlement. Israeli Occupation Forces claim the 17 year old Rabah Hejazi Seder attempted to enter the settlement. Two settlers approached the teen attempting to detain him. He struggled with the settlers and reportdely pulled a knife, at which point he was shot dead.
Local Palestinians doubt the story. The settlement is highly secured and the teen unlikely to try sneeking in. They believe the settlers grabbed the boy outside the settlement and drug him in.
Yedioth Ahronoth, an Israeli news network, reported a statement from a settlement official claiming one of the settlers guns misfired, so “the other man neutralized the terrorist and killed him."
Occupation forces returned Seder's body on Friday. His funeral procession was held in the afternoon.
Israeli Occupation Forces raided the Seder family home firing stun grendaes and bullets. Their home was left in ruin after soldiers "searched" the premises. Guests were forced to leave. The teens father Hejazi and brother Mohammad were arrested and released shortly after with orders to appear before Israeli intelligence at a later date.
